Pre-sales engineering services include pre-sales technical support and technical product support for complex bids. Post-sales services include project management and technical staff for complex product installations and product maintenance and support.
System Design Engineering for Complex products
IS&T provides engineering support for complex systems products. This includes technical support for formal bids, system engineering design for custom systems and management of system installations at customer sites.
Contract product development services
IS&T has the ability to build any product enhancements needed to fill product feature gaps required for the US market. IS&T can also help clients design systems that include their products along with others for a more complete offering. Elements include:
- Design review of the products existing features
- Requirements and design specifications for new product features
- Building proof-of-concepts for new features
- Full implementation of new features
- Systems integration (design and implementation) of the product in a larger system
